Kiwi Pumps constant commitment to pursue the target of quality improvement has been recognized through the certification of its Quality System by TUV SUD.

The aims of Kiwi Pumps are:

• To provide outstanding quality comparable to internationally recognized submersible pumps that are reliable & safe during operation.
• To serve our distributors / dealers / end customers with an excellent and on-time after sales service.
• To comply with all the applicable regulatory requirements.
• To continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

To achieve the above goals, each pump, starting from procurement, production, inspection, testing, packing to marketing & after sales service is subjected to strict in-house procedures so that nothing could be omitted or left to chance.
