Vortex Impellers

These are virtually completely non-clog impellers can handle fibrous materials as well. Liquids with entrapped gases or air pockets too can be pumped out. Have good abrasive resistance properties, as contact of impeller with liquid is minimal.

Channel Impellers

These are single vane or two vane impeller with free passage for sllids. The area of free passage determines the maximum solid handling capacities. These impellers have good hydraulic efficiencies.

Automatic Guide Rail System

A bracket is provided at the discharge side of the pump. At the centre of the bracket a rubber ring is mounted. A pedestal is fixed to the bottom of the plate by foundation bolts, which are grouted. The pump is lowered into the pit through a guide rail pipe. On reaching the pedestal the bracket engages into the pedestal and the rubber ring prevents leakage of water. The pump can be lifted back by pulling it out without remoal of any nuts or bolts.
